What's included in the Free plan? ▼
The Free plan gives you access to all 10 bioinformatics tools — Primer Design, BLAST, Molecular Docking, MSA, CRISPR Guide Design, Tm Calculator, GC Calculator, DNA-RNA Converter, PCR Analysis, and Protein Docking — with limits of 5 analyses per day and 1 sequence per analysis. No credit card required.
Can I switch between plans? ▼
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the new limits apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.
What happens when I hit my daily analysis limit? ▼
Your limit resets at midnight IST. If you regularly hit the Free tier limit of 5 analyses/day, upgrading to Pro (₹699/mo) gives you 100 analyses/day. Lab tier gives you 500 analyses/day.
How does the academic discount work? ▼
If you have a valid .edu, .ac.in, .edu.in, or .edu.xx email address, you get 30% off Pro and Lab plans. The discount is applied automatically when you subscribe with your academic email — no forms or approval needed.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay: credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI. All payments are processed securely with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Is there a refund policy? ▼
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro and Lab subscribers. Contact us at contact@vigyanllm.in within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Enterprise contracts are handled individually.
Do you offer team or campus-wide licenses? ▼
Yes. The Lab plan covers 5 seats and is ideal for research groups and departments. For campus-wide or institution-wide deployments, our Enterprise tier offers custom pricing with unlimited seats, SSO, and dedicated support. Email us at contact@vigyanllm.in for a quote.
How do I get API access? ▼
API access is available on the Pro plan (1,000 calls/month) and Lab plan (10,000 calls/month). Once subscribed, generate API keys from your Dashboard. Enterprise plans get unlimited API calls. See the API docs at vigyanllm.in/api-docs for endpoint details.
